Position: Warehouse Assistant Manager
Location: Brea, CA
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will help oversee warehouse activities, manage staff, and ensure efficient order processing and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and workflow
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Handle any operational issues and report to management
Requirements:
- No experience necessary – we will provide training
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift experience required (Standing forklift is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk frequently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30-5:00
Pay:
$26~ (negotiable and depending on experience)
