1. Purchase Agent
JOB DUTIES:
• Identify and source potential suppliers or vendors for products and services required by the company.
• Obtain and compare price quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with various departments with the organizations to determine procurement needs and specifications.
• Process purchase orders, track shipments, and verify receipt of goods, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; certification in procurement or supply chain
management is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality to make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing purchase orders and maintaining records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
• Must be eligible to work in United States legally.
2. Warehouse Supervisor
JOB DUTIES:
• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensure that goods are stored safely and securely, following proper handling and storage procedures.
• Coordinate with supplies and vendors for incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations, implementing improvements as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as shipping/receiving records, inventory reports, and safety inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control methods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and vendors.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Must be eligible to work in United States legally.
3. Sales Representative
JOB DUTIES
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing product information, and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to stay competitive.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet sales goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Salary Range: 55k~70k (based on the experience)
