CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER
• RESPONSIBILITES
· Determine the project plan with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
· Develop and maintain submittals and RFI/RFP with coordination of Project Manager and Superintendent
· Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors and architect engineers to achieve the customer's expectation
· Coordinate with the management team to develop cost estimates and project objectives
• REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to multi-task under time constraints
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc.
· Flexibility with travel requirements & overtime, as necessary
· Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or other Engineering, preferred
• SALARY RANGE
· $50,000 - $90,000
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
• RESPONSIBILITES
· Addressing inquiries by phone, e-mail and in person
· Manage office machines, equipment, and supplies
· Perform general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, copying, and other administrative tasks
· Coordinate office operations and activities
· Provide administrative and clerical support for other departments
• REQUIREMENTS
· Commitment to professional and ethical standards
· Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with MS Office
• SALARY RANGE
· $45,000 – $65,000
