Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist – Immigration & Operations to support employment-based immigration processes and day-to-day HR operations. This role will primarily focus on visa and immigration administration while also assisting with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR compliance.
This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working closely with immigration counsel and internal stakeholders in a bilingual (Korean/English) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Immigration & Visa Administration (Primary)
Coordinate end-to-end employment-based immigration processes (J-1, H-1B, L-1, EB-1/2/3)
Track visa status, work authorization, I-9, EAD, expirations, extensions, and amendments
Prepare and maintain immigration documentation, petitions, contracts, and case records
Serve as main point of contact with external immigration counsel
Track case status, timelines, and support internal reporting
Research USCIS updates and immigration regulations for internal reference
HR Operations & Recruiting Support
Support recruiting coordination (resumes, interviews, candidate communication)
Assist with offers, onboarding, employee transfers, status changes, and offboarding
Complete and maintain I-9 and employment eligibility documentation
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/ERP systems
Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and SOP documentation
HR Administration & Cross-functional Support
Coordinate meetings and communications related to visa and HR matters
Provide Korean–English translation support for immigration documentation
Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint)
Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in HR operations, immigration administration, or related role
Immigration paralegal or law firm experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience working with immigration counsel is a plus
Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes (administrative level)
Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems preferred
Professional proficiency in Korean and English required
Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits to support accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration across multiple states. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with ADP Workforce Now
Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves, workers’ compensation)
Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, issue resolution, and reporting
HRIS & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
Support payroll- and benefits-related compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Assist with HRIS reporting for audits, compliance, and internal analysis
Employee Support & HR Operations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
Support onboarding and offboarding (payroll setup, benefits enrollment, COBRA, final pay)
Assist with multi-state payroll and benefits administration
Contribute to process improvements and HR operational support as needed
Qualifications
3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and benefits
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and benefits regulations
Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic reporting)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional proficiency in Korean and English
