Position : Junior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documentation.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts.
Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in organizing filing systems.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely financial data is available for decision-making.
Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency in accounting operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, PayChex, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Bilingual English/Korean preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience).
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours (Core-time: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
