Drive sales growth across our K-beauty portfolio by managing retail buyer and key account relationships in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail buyers to drive sustained sales growth.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Deliver product presentations, negotiate terms, and respond to client inquiries to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Follow each order through to payment — confirm the invoice was issued correctly and verify the retailer paid in full and on time.
Review deductions and chargebacks, dispute invalid claims
Sales Planning & Analysis
Analyze sales performance, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
Track performance by account and brand, and identify opportunities to expand distribution and shelf presence in the U.S. market.
Order & Launch Support
Coordinate product orders, monitor inventory levels, and manage distribution timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or distribution industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Available to travel occasionally for business needs
Preferred
Strong understanding of K-beauty products, consumer preferences, and current industry trends
B2B sales experience managing relationships with retail partners and key accounts
Experience working with 3PL partners or familiarity with retailer routing and vendor compliance requirements
Schedule
Full-time Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day
Flexible start time between 7 AM to 10 AM
