broadcasters and media powerhouses. Based in Los Angeles, we specialize in the distribution
and global expansion of premium Korean content across the Americas. Our core business
encompasses finished content licensing to TV networks, OTT/streaming platforms, and non-
theatrical distribution channels.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, bilingual (Korean/English) Creative Development & Distribution
Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team for a 6-month contract with potential for full-time
conversion.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of content sales, creative
development, and media distribution. The ideal candidate understands both Korean and U.S.
entertainment markets and is comfortable working across buyer communications, creative
pitching, content delivery, and production of sales/creative materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Sales & Distribution Support (Primary):
● Support the licensing and sales process of finished Korean content to U.S. and
Latin American networks, streaming platforms, and specialized media buyers.
● Assist with buyer communications, follow-ups, sales pipeline tracking, and client
relationship management.
● Prepare materials and presentations for buyer meetings and content showcases.
2. Content Delivery & Distribution Coordination:
● Coordinate post-sale content fulfillment, including digital master delivery,
metadata, captions/subtitles, quality control (QC), and platform-specific technical
requirements.
3. Creative Development & Pitching:
● Translate the core concept, appeal, and unique DNA of Korean programs into
high-concept pitches, loglines, positioning, and adaptation angles for U.S. and
LATAM markets.
● Develop buyer-facing creative materials and articulate these creative concepts in
the language of the entertainment industry to build immediate rapport with buyers
and effectively communicate the global potential of Korean formats and IP.
4. Creative Asset Production:
● Edit high-impact promotional video materials, including sizzle reels and trailers.
● Create visually compelling pitch decks using Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop,
Canva, or related tools for content sales buyer presentations.
Qualifications:
● Native or near-native Korean and English proficiency, written and spoken.
● Strong understanding of Korean entertainment and U.S. media/pop culture.
● Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), Final
Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, or
comparable tools.
● Familiarity with media formats, codecs, metadata, digital file management, and content
QC preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Entertainment Business, Creative Producing,
or a related field preferred.
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
