We are looking for a dynamic leader who will successfully oversee the launch and operation of our new stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations and Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and improve store performance.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a passionate store team.
Visual Merchandising (VMD): Maintain high standards of merchandise displays and ensure excellent customer service.
Inventory and Administrative Management: Oversee inventory control and manage smooth payment and settlement processes.
Headquarters Communication: Report to the Korea headquarters and implement company operating guidelines and manuals at the local stores.
