We are seeking candidates who have a basic understanding of accounting, are detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks accurately. Candidates must be bilingual in Korean and English.
Positions Available
Accounting Manager
Accounting Staff / Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Handle general accounting duties and bookkeeping
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Issue invoices and verify payment records
Enter and organize purchase and sales records
Review bank transactions and assist with bank reconciliations
Organize payroll-related documents and assist with payroll processing
Manage employee work hours and payroll records
Assist with documents related to Sales Tax, Payroll Tax, and other tax matters
Support monthly closing procedures
Enter and manage data in QuickBooks or other accounting software
File and manage accounting documents
Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Degree or major in Accounting or a related field preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Bilingual in Korean and English required
Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software required
Proficiency in Excel and basic Microsoft Office programs
Detail-oriented and able to handle tasks accurately
Responsible, reliable, and interested in long-term employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Payroll experience or understanding of payroll processes is a plus
CPA firm experience preferred
Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software
Experience with Sales Tax, Payroll Tax, or monthly closing preferred
