Job description:
We are a well-known and established consumer products luggage manufacturer/importer distributing our products through a variety of retail store channels and premium markets. Our E-Commerce has been growing exponentially and is looking for driven, experienced, and intelligent individuals that can be the new faces of the department. Our company has an all-encompassing company culture that values and rewards initiative, diligence, and teamwork. As a growing industry leader, we currently have openings for the following positions. These positions are located in headquarters in La Palma, CA.
* Sales & Marketing E-commerce Professional: minimum 2-3 years in sales, plus in E-Commerce, wholesale or import/export.
* Amazon order management & E-commerce Professional: minimum 2-3 years in sales, plus in E-Commerce, wholesale or import/export.
E-commerce Requirements & Responsibilities
1) Proper account management, processing and handling multiple orders from our Amazon account. Including confirming and cancelling orders.
2) Responsible for printing all shipping documents such as carton labels, packing slips and carrier manifests.
3) Must be able to update inventory on a weekly basis and keep track of warehouse inventory.
4) Understanding eCommerce Supply Chain requirements and best practices.
· As a business with hundreds of SKUs, individual must display a swift and reasonably paced education of company products
· Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and follow company rules
· Strong verbal communication and social skills, being friendly, personable, and listening well
· Above average or advanced English writing skills. Adept in writing interesting and unique descriptions and features of our products.
· As E-Commerce is one of our biggest areas of focus and growth, this position naturally has the most potential for advancement within the company. Individual has no problem challenging himself or herself and others and be willing to improve on a day-to-day basis
· Must possess the drive to constantly learn about their roles and responsibilities
· He or she must be comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Traits
· Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft base (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excel A Must.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree (anything business-related is a plus)
· Team-oriented and collaborative interpersonal relationships
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
