Blue Blush is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women’s apparel. We are currently seeking a full-time Import Production Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing POs, coordinating fit reviews, and fit comments to overseas vendors
* Track production schedules and follow up on delivery status to ensure deadlines are met *
* Negotiating prices for development and production
* Liaise with sales and shipping team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production (import experience preferred)
* Familiarity with major retail/customer POs such as Lulus, Windsor, and Fashion Nova
* Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field or equivalent work experience required
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Proficient in computer systems, including ERP systems
* Must be eligible to work in U.S.
Language
* Bilingual languages English and Korean (Preferred)
Compensation
70K+, with higher rates depending on experience
