Responsibilities
• Oversee import production timelines and manage communication with overseas vendors
• Monitor production status from development through final delivery
• Measure specs and review sample, fit, and bulk quality to ensure standards are met
• Lead fit sessions and provide detailed fit comments and approvals
• Review tech packs, trims, lab dips, fabrics, and bulk approvals
• Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve production issues
• Maintain production schedules, WIP reports, and delivery updates
• Support problem-solving and production decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely execution of all production processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in import production or related apparel production role
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and production processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines efficiently
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
