About Us
Fast-growing company managing multiple brands. We’re seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant in Garden Grove to support packing & shipping, customer service, online advertising, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Pack, label, and ship orders accurately and on schedule for multiple brands
Handle customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with professional phone etiquette
Create and post online advertisements and listings for products/services
Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records (orders, inventory, files)
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure office equipment functions properly
Learn and use brand-specific software and systems as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
Experience in customer service/support roles with professional phone/email etiquette
Preferred
Bilingual — able to converse fluently in English and Korean
Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment, shipping platforms, or online ad posting
Compensation & Hours
Competitive pay: $20–$22 per hour
Part-time or full-time schedules available; hours and shifts to be discussed
