The Role
We are looking for a visionary Fashion Designer to join our fast-paced team. You will be the bridge between creative inspiration and global production. This role handles both Domestic and Import programs, requiring a designer who understands the speed of local manufacturing and the complexity of overseas sourcing.
What You’ll Do
Trend & Forecast: Lead the charge in researching and forecasting upcoming trends to keep our collections ahead of the curve.
Creative Assets: Build compelling inspiration boards, curate seasonal color palettes, and manage print selections.
Technical Design: Create detailed, production-ready CAD drawings and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Production teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final sample.
Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to team members and maintain a highly organized, efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For Designer and Assistant Designer
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in fashion design (experience with major national retailers and department stores
Speed & Organization: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects (and the workspace) meticulously organized.
Communication: A "people person" who can clearly articulate design ideas to both internal teams and external vendors.
