1. Program Director (Full-Time)
The center must have a full-time Program Director responsible for overall program
operations, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
Qualifications (per CBAS requirements):
 Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field
and at least 1 year of management experience, OR
 Minimum 3 years of human services experience, including 1 year in a
supervisory or managerial role.
 Experience working with elderly or chronically ill adults preferred
 Strong knowledge of Title 22 and CBAS regulations

2. Registered Nurse (Part-Time; Must Meet Ratio Requirements)
The RN provides professional nursing services and ongoing medical monitoring. The
RN participates in both initial and continuing assessments of each participant's health
and care needs, including functional and medical needs, to determine appropriate
services and supports. Based on these assessments, the RN contributes to the
development of the individualized Plan of Care (IPC), including establishing nursing
care goals and objectives.
Required credentials:
 Active California RN license
 Current BLS/CPR certification
 Geriatric or chronic disease experience preferred

3. Therapists & Dietitian (Part-Time / Contract)
We may hire contractors who come in once or twice a week depending on participant
needs.
Roles include:
 Physical Therapist (PT)

 Occupational Therapist (OT)
 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
 Registered Dietitian (RD)
Required credentials:
 Current California license in respective discipline
 Experience with adult day health, geriatrics, or rehab settings preferred
 RDs must be licensed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration

4. Program Aide (Full-Time)
Provides hands-on assistance with daily living activities and supports nursing staff.
Required credentials:
 CNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving certification
 Experience assisting with ADLs such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
 Must complete mandated CBAS training (infection control, elder abuse reporting,
etc.)
 CPR/BLS preferred

5. Activity Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsible for planning and conducting structured daily activities for all participants.
Required credentials:
 Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy, therapeutic recreation, occupational
therapy, or related field
 Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred
 Strong background in activity planning for elderly or disabled adults
