We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
Experience (1-2 years) with invoicing, data entry, and record‑keeping
Comfort using office software, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, formatting)
Experience working with Wholesale fulfillment (1-2years).
Hands‑on experience with receiving shipments, restocking, and organizing inventory
Familiarity with creating purchase orders (POs) and managing stock levels
Experience performing regular inventory checks, cycle counts, or stock audits
Requirements
Strong mathematical skills
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
10‑key data entry experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, key shortcuts, filtering, formatting, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Windows, including the use of shortcut keys
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing and data entry
Restocking and organizing inventory
Generating shipping labels
Creating reorder purchase orders (POs)
Receiving shipments and restocking inventory
Performing periodic inventory checks
Essential Skills
Familiarity with body jewelry (piercing jewelry)
Reliability and punctuality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must follow established procedures and guidelines
