Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Studio Operations Associate
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on availability)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Marketing & Studio Operations Associate to manage social media content creation and basic day-to-day operations for one of our studio location. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, creating visual content, and engaging with customers in a real-world setting.
You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing content that reflects our brand, promotions, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and operate social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture photo and video content on-site at our physical location
• Edit videos and images for social media posts, reels, and short-form content
• Design marketing graphics, promotional materials, and social posts
• Assist with in-store promotions and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
• Engage with customers and help create content-friendly experiences on-site
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with social media content creation and management
• Strong photo and video editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic graphic design skills (layouts, typography, branding)
• Comfortable working on-site and interacting with customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with current social media trends (especially short-form video)
• Experience managing social media for a physical retail or entertainment location
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels performance trend
• Interest in entertainment, pop culture, or experiential marketing
