Job Description:
As the Fit Technician you are experienced and detail oriented in ensuring optimal garment fit, construction accuracy, and production consistency. This role works cross-functionally with design and production. You are responsible for having strong knowledge of measurements, grading, construction techniques and production workflows, with the ability to maintain fit integrity from development through bulk production.
Responsibilities:
• Fit & Garment
o Own the fit process from proto through TOP approval
o Conduct live fit sessions and issue clear, measurable fit corrections
o Support on-time production by minimizing re-fits and delays
• Technical Review and Documentation
o Update and maintain specs, measurements, and size consistency
o Support quality control by reviewing fit or fabric related defects on merchandise
o Track samples, revisions, and approvals against production timelines
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Clear communications with our vendors to resolve fit issues quickly
o Manage chargebacks by coordinating corrective actions with vendors
• Quality and Production Support
o Flag fit or construction risks prior to bulk production
o Conduct TOP sample reviews
Key Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields
• 5+ Years experience as a Fit Technician or Technical Designer
• Experience working in athleisure and/or athletic wear brands.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern correction, and athleisure fit standards
• Proficient in measuring, specs, grading, and fit evaluation across multiple size ranges
• Experience working with overseas vendors and factories
• Familiar with production timelines, quality control processes, and chargeback management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, written and verbal
*This is a full time in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Salary: Starting $60,000 - $70,000
