White Birch is a Los Angeles based women's clothing wholesale company specializing in modern, trend forward apparel. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager who will oversee the entire production process from development through delivery.
Requirements & Skills
7+ years experience in the women's apparel industry with import production background
Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing, fabrics & trims
Proficiency in creating tech packs, fit comments, and conducting fit sessions
Ability to measure specs and check sample / bulk quality
Experience tracking import timelines and managing approval deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and ERP data entry
Strong communication and vendor follow up skills (overseas)
Highly organized: able to maintain samples, trims, and documentation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple styles and schedules
Legally eligible to work in the US
Bilingual English/Korean preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage production workflow: PO follow ups, approvals, delivery tracking
Coordinate with vendors, factories, production team and sales team
Ensure accuracy of orders, specs, and production details
Organize bulk approvals, trims and all related production assets
