Asian Market Sales Representative


Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000

Position Overview
We are seeking an Asian Market Sales Representative to support sales growth across Korean and broader Asian retail channels in the U.S. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales/marketing initiatives to increase product placement and channel performance.

Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Account Management
Manage and support existing accounts including Asian grocery chains, distributors, and retail partners.
Process and track sales orders, shipment schedules, and requisitions to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies.

Financial & Administrative Support
Handle customer invoicing, shipment scheduling, and AR aging to ensure timely payments.
Review and reconcile deductions, promotional claims, and trade spending.
Support pricing calculations, margin analysis, and contract review.
Organize and maintain documents (contracts, invoices, promotional agreements).

Sales Strategy & Market Development
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Support sales strategy development to expand product placements and improve channel performance.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals for buyer meetings.
Execute promotional programs and merchandising initiatives at HQ and store levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Work with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and share insights with management.
Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–3 years of experience in sales, account management, purchasing, or supply chain (Food/Beverage industry preferred)
Strong understanding of supply chain and operational processes
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for business (including overnight trips)
Valid driver’s license
Fluent in English and Korean
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Accounting Specialist

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Position Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations, month-end close, cost control, and reporting activities.
This role is essential in ensuring accounting accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting across multiple business locations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in AP/AR, reconciliation, and month-end tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Expense & Payment Management
Review and process company credit card usage, travel expenses, and reimbursements.
Ensure expenses follow company policy and align with budget guidelines.

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Support
Input and verify revenue, cost, and expense data for monthly closing.
Perform daily bank-to-ledger cross-checks to ensure accurate postings.
Prepare account schedules and support reconciliation for multi-location operations.
Assist with issuing invoices and maintaining accounting documentation.

AR/AP Management
Maintain worksheets for AR/AP and ensure accurate daily posting.
Reconcile incoming/outgoing bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Expense Tracking & Analysis
Prepare monthly budget vs. actual expense reports.
Track specific cost categories such as meal allowances and insurance premiums.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost management
Hands-on experience with reconciliation, month-end close, and AP/AR
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Paychex, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial reporting)
Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
