Position: Restaurant Manager
Knowledge of Korean BBQ or Korean food experience PLUS.
Restaurant Manager manages the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. Their focus is on managing the brand, ensuring food quality meets the brand expectation, managing inventory, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met in the front of house operations. MUST also have some Kitchen Management Experience.
What we require:
2+ years restaurant management experience
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Ability to multi task while maintaining highest level of service
Ability to supervise 50 + team members including Bar, FOH and BOH
Skills and Abilities:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork and collaboration
Professional and customer service oriented
Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing demands
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Description and Responsibilities:
Lead a team with standards and behaviors consistent with the main idea and culture.
Ensure that food/team member safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently.
Build, maintain and increase guest satisfaction.
Ensure that safety and sanitation codes are followed.
Recruits, interviews and trains new hires adhering to Company standards.
Create work schedules ensuring all schedules are aligned and manage overtime.
Ensure team building to include daily clear and timely communication to staff.
Examine and insure the cleanliness of the kitchen and front of the house areas.
