Front of House Staff: Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We seek candidates eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
Efficiently and professionally serve food and beverages.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
Prepare drinks and cocktails in a timely manner.
Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Qualifications
Previous front-of-house experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
