Job Placement Coordinators will help international participants find internship opportunities with relevant employers.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building relationships, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively approach potential hiring companies and build relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new host companies to hire international interns and trainees
Facilitate placement of international interns and trainees in positions related to their academic(or professional) fields
Communicate with hiring managers to schedule the video interview, follow up, and send out the offer letter to the international participants
Assist HR in coming up with the competitive job offer and description
Counsel, advise, and communicate with international interns and trainees for placement
Develop effective strategies to approach potential host companies in each industry
Assist in developing in marketing materials and plan
Requirements
Proven experience in relationship management, with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
International experience or bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
