Responsibilities:
• Supervise and instruct nursing students in clinical settings
• Ensure safe and effective patient care practices are followed
• Provide evaluation, guidance, and mentorship to students
• Collaborate with academic and clinical teams to ensure curriculum standards are met
Requirements:
• Must have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or be currently enrolled in an MSN program
• Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside clinical experience
• Strong knowledge in fundamentals and medical-surgical nursing
• Must be eligible to file taxes in the U.S.
Language Requirements:
• Fluency in English is required (native-level proficiency)
• Korean language skills are preferred but not mandatory
