About the Role
We are looking for an Ocean Freight Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our ocean import processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward logistics operations. If you have experience in freight operations, customs clearance, and can work effectively in a team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseas Communication: Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import processes.
Customs Clearance: Facilitate the clearance of imported goods through customs brokerage.
Goods Consolidation/Deconsolidation: Manage the consolidation or deconsolidation of goods as needed.
Vendor/Agent Selection & Transportation: Research, select, and arrange ground transportation with reliable vendors/agents to ensure timely deliveries.
Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor delivery status and relay updates to relevant stakeholders.
Accounting Tasks: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing processes, and other accounting-related tasks.
Data Entry & Reporting: Input service information into the internal system and prepare activity reports for department managers.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with other projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Korean.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication abilities.

Air Freight Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an Air Freight Specialist to manage and coordinate express air shipments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with airlines, vendors, and clients while maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and process express air shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with airlines, last-mile service providers (e.g., FedEx and DHL), and other vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their air freight needs efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate trucking dispatch operations for smooth movement of goods from air terminals to final delivery points.
Generate and manage billing invoices through the system, dispatch AR invoices to customers, and handle AP invoices from vendors in coordination with the accounting team.
Address customer inquiries and provide top-tier support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Provide regular operational updates to the manager on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or Logistics Engineering is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
