We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional clerical support and managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Utilize computer software for various administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A background in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Able to Communicate in Korean and English is required.
• Familiarity with office equipment and computer software applications is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
