Responsibilities:
• Create and update detailed tech packs for all denim styles, including construction, measurements, trims, and wash callouts.
• Lead and manage fit sessions, providing precise fit comments and communicating clear pattern revisions to overseas and domestic vendors.
• Review and approve protos, SMS, and TOP samples for fit, quality, and workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production team to ensure aesthetic and technical accuracy from concept to final production.
• Maintain brand fit standards and ensure consistency across all silhouettes.
• Support development calendars and track styles through each stage to meet delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Designer in denim or bottoms (young contemporary experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of stretch denim construction, pattern correction, and grading.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM systems.
• Strong sense of proportion, fit, and garment balance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Preferred:
• Experience fitting both women’s and junior denim.
• Understanding of wash development and finishing techniques.

자격 요건:
• 데님 또는 바텀(하의) 분야에서 최소 3년 이상의 테크니컬 디자이너 경력 (영 컨템포러리 브랜드 경력 우대)
• 스트레치 데님 구조, 패턴 수정, 그레이딩에 대한 탄탄한 이해
• Adobe Illustrator, Excel, PLM 시스템 숙련자
• 비율, 핏, 의류 밸런스에 대한 감각 보유
• 세부사항에 강하고 일정 준수 능력이 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 조직 관리 능력
우대 사항:
• 여성 및 주니어 데님 핏팅 경험 보유자
