Grand SK Distribution West is one of America's leading Asian import and distribution specialists of non-food products including housewares, kitchenware, food service supplies and equipments. We are currently hiring Office Manager, Logistics Manager and Sales(CRM) Specialist as follows:

1. 모집 구분: Full-Time

1) 현재 미국내 거주 중이신 분으로 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 분
2) 영어 및 한국어 비즈니스 수준 이상

4. 모집 분야
1) Office Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of an office by ensuring efficiency, compliance, and coordination across
departments, and handling administrative support

▣ Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: Ensure smooth, efficient workflows and compliance with company policies. 
- Coordinate departments: Facilitate communication and support to optimize productivity and workflow. 
- Operations coordination: Monitor operational metrics, help troubleshoot operational problems, and ensure
compliance with company procedures. 
- Financial tasks: Assist with budget tracking, process invoices, and help with basic bookkeeping and expense
reporting 
- Analyze data: Track operational data to identify areas for improvement and prepare performance reports
- Support HR functions: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews. 
- Manage resources: Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and manage inventory and supply chain
operations. 
- Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to all legal and safety requirements. 
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure efficient workflow and address
inquiries. 

▣ Requirements
- Proven experience(5+ year) in an administrative or operational role is typically required. 
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with databases, inventory
software, and communication tools like Slack
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential. 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with various departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues. 
- High level of accuracy is critical when working with data and documentation. 

2) Logistics Manager
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the movement and storage of goods within a supply chain to ensure products
are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective way. 
- Manage inventory, transportation, and warehouse operations, and include managing logistics teams and
handling unexpected disruptions. 

▣ Key responsibilities
- Supply chain management: Oversee the entire logistics process to ensure goods move efficiently from origin
to destination. 
- Transportation and distribution: Select the best shipping methods, minimize costs, and optimize delivery
times. 
- Inventory management: Control inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking by analyzing sales data
and coordinating with suppliers. 
- Warehouse management: Ensure warehouses are organized for optimal efficiency, safety, and smooth goods
flow. 
- Team and supplier leadership: Manage logistics teams, and work with suppliers, warehouses, and
transportation companies. 
- Problem-solving: Address issues like shipping delays or supply shortages to keep operations on track. 
- Analyze data: Use data analysis to improve efficiency and streamline operations. 

▣ Requirements
- Proven experience(5+ year) in logistics and warehousing field is typically required. 
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, time management and organizational skills are essential. 

3) Sales/CRM Specialist
- Develop and execute sales strategies, identify and qualify new leads of sales items, and build strong customers
relationships
- Involve providing in-depth character & fancy products knowledge, analyzing its market trends, and
collaborating with other departments like purchasing to achieve sales targets and business growth

  ▣ Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service and management through direct communication with customers and related teams
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Oversee and ensure the proper status(display, inventory for sales, etc.) of the products in stores
- Cooperate with related teams to promote the company's products and programs
- Track sales data to identify areas for improvement and prepare sales performance reports. 
- Plan, develop planogram for new stores, and support the opening of new stores

- Deep product knowledge
- Market research and analytical skills
- Time management and organization
- Resilience and persistence
- Adaptability and customer empathy

  ▣ Key responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and able to go on business trips
- At least 3~5 years of experience preferred
