Job Title: Production Manager – Women's Fashion Brand
We’re a fast-growing women’s fashion brand seeking a full-time in-house Production Manager to oversee our private label production across multiple retailers. This is a hands-on role requiring deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, and the full production cycle from development to delivery. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple accounts, and understands the urgency and precision that fashion retail demands.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production for private label collections across multiple retail partners
Ensure compliance with each retailer’s vendor guidelines and packaging/labeling standards
Work closely with China-based factories to ensure quality, accurate fits, and on-time delivery
Oversee fit approvals and collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure production matches intent
Maintain and monitor production timelines to meet all key deadlines
Review and manage POs, costing, and vendor communications
Conduct QC of pre-production and top-of-production samples
Organize and maintain all production records and documents
Assist with fabric and trim sourcing when needed
Requirements:
3+ years of production experience in women's fashion, specifically private label
Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
Experience working directly with overseas factories (China preferred)
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented
Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Must be comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (in-house only)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Perks: Daily lunch provided
Compensation: Based on experience (DOE)
