* 보험(COI) 및 각종 허가 서류 관리
* 행사 메뉴 개발 및 구성
* 행사 홍보 포스터 및 마케팅 자료 제작
레스토랑 마케팅
* Instagram, Google Business, Yelp 등 온라인 채널 관리
* SNS 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영
* 릴스(Reels), 게시물, 스토리 제작
* 사진 및 영상 촬영 (월 몇 회 현장 촬영)
* 메뉴 사진 촬영 및 콘텐츠 제작
* 프로모션 및 마케팅 기획
기타 업무
* 일반 사무 업무

(Full-Time Event Coordinator & Marketing Specialist)
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative team member to join our growing company. This position supports both our popup food brand and Korean restaurant, handling everything from event coordination to social media marketing.

Position
Event Coordinator & Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Schedule
* Full-Time
* 5 days per week
* 8 hours per day
* In-person office position
* Location: Montebello, CA
Responsibilities
Popup Events & Concerts
* Research and apply for festivals, popup events, and concerts
* Coordinate all event logistics from start to finish
* Prepare and submit applications and required documentation
* Handle insurance certificates (COIs), permits, and other event paperwork
* Assist with event menu development
* Design event menus, promotional flyers, and other marketing materials
Restaurant Marketing
* Manage Instagram, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other online platforms
* Plan and create social media content
* Shoot photos and videos for marketing (in-person a few days each month)
* Create Instagram Reels, posts, and promotional campaigns
* Assist with menu development and food photography
Additional Responsibilities
* General office and administrative tasks
* Support various marketing and business projects as needed
Qualifications
* Must be fluent in both Korean and English
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Interest in marketing, social media, and content creation
* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/video editing software is a plus
* Previous experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing is preferred
