Job description:
Flow pilates is a contemporary pilates studio located in the heart of Los Angeles. We are currently looking for experienced pilates instructors to join our team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group classes and provide personalized training sessions to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals through Pilates exercises.
Duties:
-Teach engaging reformer Pilates sessions that energize and motivate clients.
-Offer thoughtful modifications and challenges to support every level, from beginner to advanced.
-Create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
-Develop class flows that align with our signature style while bringing your own personality and expertise.
-Keep classes fresh, safe, and fun, with a balance of strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space.
-Contribute to a positive, community-driven environment where clients and instructors feel connected.
-Be part of a supportive team that values growth, collaboration, and wellness.
Qualifications:
-Certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 400 hours of training.
-At least one year of Pilates teaching experience preferred.
-Strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy.
-Proficiency in Pilates techniques and principles, with the ability to adapt for all levels.
-Skilled in designing effective, safe, and engaging classes for both individuals and groups.
-Experience teaching group reformer classes.
