Sales Assistant – Entry Level
Location: Cerritos, California
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
Pay Rate: $18 – $23/hour (based on experience and job performance)
Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Position Overview:
Our company, a growing contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Entry-Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Cerritos, CA. The ideal candidate will play a critical support role in sales operations, documentation, and communication between departments. This position is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in the health product manufacturing or sales coordination field.

Key Responsibilities:
• • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation for client orders and internal records
• • Conduct accurate inventory checkups to support production and sales
• • Monitor and report on production schedules to align with customer needs
• • Maintain close and clear communication with production, warehouse, QA, and customer service teams
• • Support management of online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), including order entry and listing maintenance
• • Assist with other sales and office support duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• •High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• • Good verbal and written communication skills
• • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• • Bilingual in Korean

Preferred but Not Required:
• • Prior experience in office administration or inventory/sales support
• • Familiarity with online retail platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace)
• • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
