< Designer >
- Majored in Fashion Design
- At least 7-10 years or more Import designer experience required
- Communication and follow up on with overseas vendors
- Knowledge of garment construction & manufacturing process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CAD programs (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Proficient in CAD work and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Hourly Pay : Starting $35/hour ~ (Vary depending on your experience)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
<Fit Technician>
FATE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fit Technician to support garment fittings and ensure fit consistency throughout the development process.
* Responsibilities
- Measure garments and compare against specs
- Attend fittings and take fit notes
- Update measurement charts and fit comments
- Communicate fit corrections to vendors and factories
- Track sample revisions through Proto, PP, and TOP stages
- Work closely with Production and Design teams
- Hourly Pay : Starting $35/hour ~ (Vary depending on your experience)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Qualifications
+ 5-7 years of experience in apparel fit, technical design, or product development
Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Excel
Experience with specs and fit comments preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience in women's apparel
Bilingual English/Korean
