Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic located in Fullerton/ Buena Park is looking for a Korean-English bilingual receptionist/assistant.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Work hours: 9:00 a.m.-1:00p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Pay: $19-$22/ hr.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about chiropractic services
- Help with patient treatments that require setting up modalities (heat, E-stim, US)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and treatment rooms
- Assist chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
