Job Title: Retail Store Manager - High Volume KPOP Store
Job Overview:
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This dynamic role involves overseeing staff, maximizing sales, and creating an engaging environment for KPOP enthusiasts as well as the staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills,strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Kpop or K Culture knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
Implement and uphold operational standards and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, manage inventory levels, and implement initiatives to drive revenue.

Customer Experience:
Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring excellent service standards, resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a team that excels at their positions.
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance performance. Schedule staff effectively to meet business demands.

Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating displays.
Ensure merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner.


Promotions and Events:
Plan and execute promotions, events, and product launches to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with current KPOP trends and releases.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.

Financial Management:
Manage the store budget effectively, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability. Provide regular review of financial reports and analyses to higher management.
Security and Loss Prevention:
Implement and enforce security measures to protect merchandise and prevent theft. Train staff on loss prevention strategies and monitor for any suspicious activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, especially in customer service and staff management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving trends in the entertainment and retail industry. Bilingual is a plus but not required


 Pay: $28 - $32
