About the Role
Izakaya Osen is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Web Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our brand, enhance our online presence, and contribute to the continued growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
-Need to be able to work in the office.
-Manage and maintain the company website, including banners, videos, visual content, and overall user interface.
-Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
-Coordinate and communicate with influencers, including outreach, scheduling, and partnership management.
-Create engaging content and oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
-Monitor marketing trends and introduce innovative ideas to strengthen Izakaya Osen's digital presence.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure all branding and marketing initiatives align with the company's vision.
Qualifications
Experience in web design, digital marketing, or social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute new marketing ideas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
