About the Role
We are an independent makeup brushes&BEAUTY BRAND TOOLS REAL PERFECTION looking for an experienced Wholesale & Distributor Account Manager to build and manage relationships with beauty wholesalers and distributors across the U.S.
In this role, you will not sell directly to beauty supply stores. Instead, you will partner with regional and national distributors who already serve thousands of beauty supply stores, salons, and independent retailers. Your goal is to get our products into their catalog, secure initial purchase orders, and drive consistent reorders by supporting their sales teams.
Preferred
· Existing relationships with beauty wholesalers or distributors serving the Beauty Supply Store channel.
· Understanding of FDA/MoCRA compliance basics (product labeling, facility registration) – many distributors require documentation.
· Experience with RangeMe, Faire B2B, or TradeStone (distributor onboarding platforms).
· Bilingual (korea,Spanish) – helps
· Base salary (for full-time):2800usd -4000usd + uncapped commission
· Straight commission + higher split (for independent contractors)
Incentive structure:
· Commission: 2%–4% of all net wholesale sales from your assigned distributor accounts
The first year orders commission 4% ,to start secondary year commission 2%.
Full incentive plan provided upon offer.
