Manage outbound to national retailers and processes at 3PL logistics centers in the United States.
1. Responsibilities
1) Retail Outbound Operations
- Manage outbound shipments to national retailers such as Target, Nordstrom, Ross, JCPenney, and Urban Outfitters, from purchase order receipt through delivery confirmation.
- Receive and confirm retailer purchase orders, and manage order status through retailer vendor portals (e.g., Target Partners Online, Nordstrom Supplier, JCPenney Supplier Portal, URBN vendor portal).
- Ensure full compliance with each retailer's routing guide — carton labeling, packing slips, ticketing, carton marking, and floor-ready packaging requirements.
Submit routing requests, schedule DC delivery appointments, and coordinate carrier arrangements (prepaid vs. collect, LTL/FTL) with 3PL partners and retailer-designated carriers.
- Issue outbound shipping instructions to 3PL partners with routing, carrier, appointment, and labeling details, and verify shipment confirmations before shipping documents are transmitted.
- Monitor retailer scorecard performance (on-time delivery, fill rate) and investigate, dispute, and prevent vendor compliance chargebacks.
Qualifications

1) Required
- Experience managing outbound shipments to national retailers as a vendor, distributor, or 3PL
- Familiarity with retailer routing guides and vendor compliance requirements
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines
2) Preferred
- Experience managing or disputing vendor compliance chargebacks
- Experience using OMS and WMS systems such as Pipe17, SAP, or similar platforms
- Experience working with 3PL partners or logistics centers
- Experience in the consumer goods or beauty industry
- Ability to communicate in business English
3. Schedule
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day
