We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our Japanese sushi restaurant. Candidates with prior industry experience are highly preferred, but we also welcome candidates new to the role—comprehensive training will be provided.
1. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
Manage staff scheduling and provide team leadership
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service
Assist with inventory control and operational administration
2. Qualifications & Preferences
Preferred: Prior experience in sushi or Japanese restaurant management
Entry-Level Welcome: Step-by-step training provided for candidates without prior experience
