This is a big house with 8 rooms. Every room is designed separately as a studio with its own full size bathroom and shower. All utilities are included with the rent. Fast wifi and 1 parking space is assigned for every tenant. This is a quiet house and it is ideally for a tenant who prefers and enoys quiet living space.
Please check out as many other rooms for rent as possible and stop by here last please. You won't be disappointed. A lot of the visitors who had checked out other rooms for rent end up moving in here.

Month to month lease and 30 day notice to vacate is required. 1 bedroom and bathroom in every room, and I'd say that it's almost like a studio apartment without the kitchen. 1 designated parking and laundry room in the building. Shared kitchen, hot & cold drinking water dispenser and AC and heater in every room. Absolutely no smoking, no drugs, no loud noise allowed. No pets and the move in costs are as follows
1st month - $1,000
Deposit - $1,000 (fully refundable on the move out day, if and when there aren't any damages to the unit)
Cleaning fee -$150
