About the Role
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence across digital platforms. Instead of being behind the camera yourself, you will focus on strategy, creator partnerships, content curation, and community management. You will work closely with beauty influencers, strategize viral campaign concepts, and manage our daily social channels to build a loyal beauty community.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Creator Relations: Identify, reach out to, and onboard beauty influencers, content creators, and UGC creators aligned with Moira's brand identity. Negotiate partnerships, send PR packages, manage gifting campaigns, and ensure timely deliverable execution. Track and measure influencer campaign performance.
Content Marketing & Strategy: Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars across all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). Work with external creators/agencies or internal design teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Social Media Channel Management & Community Engagement: Manage day-to-day operations of Moira’s social channels, including posting content, writing engaging captions, and optimizing hashtags. Actively engage with our community (replying to comments, DMs, and participating in trends) to foster high brand loyalty and user interaction.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing (Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle industry experience highly preferred).
Beauty & Trend Native: Deep understanding of current beauty trends, viral TikTok/Reels formats, and digital culture.
Strong Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing engaging social copy.
Organizational Skills: Excellent project management abilities with high attention to detail in tracking PR samples and creator deliverables.
