Ecommerce Associate
Responsibilities:
• Process daily e-commerce orders across multiple wholesale platforms.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce FashionGo, Faire, and the company website.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, images, and product details across all online platforms.
• Plan, and execute visual content for new collections, social media channels (Instagram, email newsletter), and online promotions.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with order status, product availability, shipping updates, returns, claims, and general account questions.
Qualifications:
• E-commerce and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus but not required.
Position: Full-time
