Job title: e-Commerce Specialist (Tesla EV)
Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic e-Commerce Specialist to join our Tesla EV team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves cars, keeps up with the latest EV models and industry trends, and has genuine hands-on passion — whether that's maintaining, customizing, or upgrading their own vehicle. Tesla ownership is a plus, but instincts for spotting what accessories and gadgets drivers actually want matter most. You will own how our automotive and EV accessories show up and sell on Amazon, while also playing a hands-on role in shaping what products we build next. Whether you're early in your career or bring several years of experience, what matters most is a sharp analytical mind, curiosity to turn data into decisions, and the drive to take ownership and see things through from idea to launch.
Job Duties:
[Amazon Operations]
- Manage and optimize Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing to maximize visibility, ranking, and conversions
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals; analyze performance metrics including ROI, conversion rates, traffic, and advertising data, and act on findings
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across sales channels, conduct demand forecasting, and coordinate orders with relevant departments to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues such as listing errors, negative reviews, and Amazon policy violations in collaboration with internal teams and Amazon Seller Support
[Product Development & Testing]
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify new accessory opportunities and bring ideas to the table
- Support planning and development of new automotive accessories across interior, exterior, mounts, organizers, protection, and charging categories
- Get hands-on with prototypes and samples — test fit, function, and real-world usability; document findings and feedback for the development team
- Collaborate with the development team on product direction, timelines, and cross-functional launches across legal, marketing, and operations
Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities at once
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software
Requirements:
- Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with basic speaking and writing and intermediate comprehension skills
