1. Showroom Sales Associate

[담당 업무 / Responsibilities]
쇼룸 운영 및 매장 관리: 전반적인 쇼룸 관리 및 쾌적한 매장 환경 유지 (Showroom operations and general store management)
주문 및 고객 관리: 오더 접수, 프로세싱 및 지속적인 팔로우업 (Order management and customer follow-up)
VMD 및 재고 관리: 상품 디스플레이 (Product display)
바이어 소통: 기존 고객 관리 및 신상품 사진 전송/안내 (Client relations and sharing product photos with existing buyers)
도매 영업 지원: Wholesale 세일즈 업무 전반 지원 (General support for wholesale sales operations)
[지원 자격 / Requirements]
경력: 연수 제한 없음 (동종 업계/패션 도매 경험자 우대) (Experience in the fashion wholesale industry preferred, but all experience levels welcome)
성향: 책임감이 강하고 스스로 동기부여를 하며 주도적으로 일하시는 분 (Highly responsible, self-motivated, and proactive)
역량: 원활하고 매끄러운 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖추신 분 (Excellent communication and interpersonal skills)

[담당 업무 / Responsibilities]
주문 처리: 웹사이트 이커머스 오더 프로세싱 (E-commerce order processing)
상품 등록: 온라인 플랫폼 상품 업로드 및 리스팅 관리 (Uploading and managing product listings)
재고 동기화: 각 웹사이트 플랫폼별 인벤토리 수량 관리 (Managing inventory levels across all online platforms)
고객 응대: 이메일 및 전화 통화를 통한 CS 지원 (Customer support via email and phone)
SNS 관리: 인스타그램 스토리 업로드 및 관리 (Uploading story and managing official SNS channels)
[지원 자격 / Requirements]
이커머스 경험: 관련 경험자 우대 (경력이 없으셔도 배우면서 하실 수 있습니다) (E-commerce experience preferred but not required)
고객 서비스: CS 관련 업무 경험자 우대 (Customer service experience preferred)
언어: 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대 (Bilingual in English and Korean preferred)
