• 가끔씩 승인서 등의 업무를 처리 합니다.
• 환자 정보를 확인하고 레퍼럴 등 방문 목적을 확인하고 보고합니다.
• 환자 정보를 보호하고 환자의 기밀을 유지합니다.
• 법적 규정을 준수하여 안전하고, 보안이 유지되고, 건강한 작업 환경을 유지합니다.
• 각 면허에 따라 부여된 범위 내에서 다양한 의료 행위를 수행합니다.

We are hiring a MA with good experience in Phlebotomy, IV site preparation for MD who can comfortably carry out mainly Phlebotomy, IV Infusion, IV/IM/SQ Injections and partly administrative tasks. We are a Speciality medical clinic. Peaceful and calming environment, unlike hectic/busy primary care clinics.
Status: Part-time or Full-time

Requirements:
• Computer savvy.
• Legal working status in the USA
• Enjoy working with people and is friendly to customers
• Comfortable speaking English
Job responsibilities:
• perform blood draws (phlebotomy) & process specimen
• IV/IM/SQ injections (vaccines, etc),
• Prepare and Insert catheter into arm veins for IV therapy
• Assist MD perform minor office procedures e.g. laceration repair, suture removal, etc.
• Intermittently answer phone calls from patients and medical related organizations such as hospitals and pharmacies.
• Intermittently schedule appointments, prepare charts and consent forms, process referrals, prior authorizations.
• Secure patient information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by complying with legal regulations.
• Perform various medical practices within the scope given by each licensure.
