- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Designer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Designer Assistant
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Domestic Designer
- Support the sales team and develop styles tailored to various accounts
- Conduct fitting tests and manage product specifications
- Create sketches (both hand-drawn and digital)
- Research trends and develop new concepts
- Collaborate closely with sales and production teams
- Maintain organized workflow and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Manage tasks efficiently and allocate work effectively
Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency preferred (Korean / English)
