As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our core operations team in Los Angeles.

Position: Cross Border Trade Lead Associate (Full-Time)
- A strategic, high-impact role directly contributing to revenue growth, sourcing strategy, and global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts, contracts, and global vendor relationships
- Oversee purchasing, sourcing, and order execution across multiple channels
- Analyze global market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for optimal flow
- Research and onboard new products and premium brands
- Lead cost negotiations and improve pricing and contract structures
- Issue POs, manage lead times, and track inbound schedules
- Manage supplier performance, quality issues, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and project timelines
- Develop sourcing strategies, cost-reduction initiatives, and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or brand/account management
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Rakuten, etc.) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability to drive data-based purchasing decisions
- Business-level English communication is required; Korean proficiency is a plus
(This role involves extensive communication with global partners and headquarters.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and Incoterms preferred
- Experience in health supplements and/or beauty categories is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Monday ~ Friday
- Flexible Working Hours: Arrival 8:30–11:00 / Departure 17:00–19:30
Compensation:
- $60 ~ 80K per year
