Introduction:
Dongkuk International is seeking new talent for our offices in Los Angeles Office. Dongkuk International is a steel trading company that supplies steel goods in North America. We are looking for detail oriented with strong commitment for our office.
Responsibility:
- Manage HR policies and ensure alignment with U.S. labor laws and HQ standards.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee orientation programs.
- Manage performance appraisal criteria and oversee the evaluation process.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and related HR documentation.
- Address employee relations issues and support a positive workplace environment.
- Facilitate communication between HQ in Korea and the U.S. office.
- Manage general affairs, including vendor coordination and office resources.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data.
- Support improvements to HR policies and operational processes.
Requirement:
- Bilingual (Korean/ English) required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, word, etc..)
- Detail oriented with strong analytical background with ability to perform multiple task in dynamic environment
- Knowledge in HR practices, labor laws, and general affairs operations
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Goal oriented and responsible person
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only
