We’re seeking a creative and motivated Influencer & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and help expand MOIRA’s digital presence across all platforms.

Job Description
The Influencer & Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in driving brand awareness, managing influencer partnerships, and creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, content creation, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across MOIRA’s social media platforms while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Identify, outreach to, and coordinate partnerships with influencers and creators that align with MOIRA’s brand values.
• Track influencer deliverables to ensure timely posting, brand compliance, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers for content production, including social shoots, events, and influencer activations.
• Support campaign reporting by organizing influencer content, tracking results, and providing insights to leadership.
• Maintain digital asset organization to ensure all creative content is easily accessible for marketing use.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, beauty industry movements, and emerging digital strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current digital trends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• A genuine passion for beauty, content creation, and influencer culture.
