한국어 및 영어 가능자
기획, 마케팅, 인벤토리, 식자재 발주 등 운영 전반 이해도 필수

We are seeking a talented and motivated Restaurant Manager to grow with us and help lead the continued success of our brand.
[Position]
Manager (Full-Time)
[Qualifications & Preferred Experience]
Minimum 2 years of experience in sushi or Japanese restaurant management
Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience with new restaurant openings or brand expansion preferred
Bilingual (English/Korean preferred)
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including planning, marketing, inventory, and vendor ordering

Type: Full-Time
Pay: Negotiable based on experience (DOE)

Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest service
Manage employee scheduling and team training
